Q: My computer does not recognise this type of file. What type of file is it and what is required for it to play. A: These are QuickTime files and require QuickTime Player 5 or 6 on your Windows PC or mac to view these videos. If you need to install QuickTime, go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ to download and install the program.
Q: I click on the link for the file name in the left column but it does not start downloading? A: In Windows, you can force a download to start by clicking on the link with your right mouse button. A menu will appear to the side of your mouse pointer. Select "Save Target As.." from the menu and a file requester will appear. Choose the place on your hard drive you'd like to save the file to and select "Save". The file should then start downloading.
Q: I click on the "Click Here to Play" Button and an image appears and plays and then stops. A: This means that your internet connection (likely through a dial-up modem) can not download the video faster than it is being played .. or to say it a different way, the video is being played faster than your modem can download it. These are large video files. Be patient and wait for some time .. 30 - 45 min. then hit the play button and the video should play straight through. The problem may also be that you do not have enough hard drive space on your C: drive .. you should have at least 100MB of free space on your C: drive. Try making more space by deleting files that you know are unnecessary.
